Compressor Inspection

Check magnet clutch operation and specified current as follows:

  1. Connect battery and ammeter (1) to magnet clutch, and check that magnet clutch operation with "click" sound.
  2. Check that ammeter (1) indicates specified current.

    If indicated current is without current, replace magnet clutch assembly referring to Magnet Clutch Removal and Installation  .

    Reference 

    Magnet clutch specified current at 12 V: 3 A Max.
