Master Cylinder: Reassembly

  1. Lubricate master cylinder bore with clean brake fluid. Carefully insert secondary piston into master cylinder bore until it contacts base of master cylinder. Use a wooden or plastic drift if necessary.
  2. Insert primary piston into master cylinder bore. Press both pistons in fully to install stopper screw. Install NEW circlip. Manually move pistons back and forth to check for free movement.
