Air Flow Control Actuator Removal and Installation: Installation

1. Set position of air flow control actuator lever to DEF position referring to Air Flow Control Actuator Inspection  .

2. Install air flow control actuator on the heater and cooling unit.
3. Set position of linkage to DEF position by moving a protrusion (1) to the arrow direction till the end.
4. Put air flow control actuator rod (2) on the clip (3).
