Front Disc Brake Pads: Installation

  1. If new pads are installed, use syringe to remove some brake fluid from reservoir. Using appropriate tool, push in caliper piston. Install pads.
  2. Pull caliper downward, without damaging piston dust seal. Install lower caliper sliding pin. Tighten caliper sliding pins. Align marks during wheel removal and install front wheel. Tighten wheel lug nuts.
