Master Cylinder: Disassembly

- Separate master cylinder reservoir from master cylinder. See MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Push primary piston in to remove secondary piston stopper screw.
- On all models, remove circlip. Remove primary piston. Using compressed air, carefully apply pressure to front reservoir port to remove secondary piston.
