Front & Rear Disc Brake Calipers: Reassembly

  1. Install bleeder screw and dust cap. Apply brake fluid to NEW inner piston seal and install piston seal into caliper bore groove. Install dust boot into caliper bore groove. Apply brake fluid to piston.
  2. Insert piston through dust seal and push piston inward until properly seated and make sure dust seal is in proper groove of caliper and piston. Apply rubber grease to caliper sliding pins and inner portion of sleeve boots, and install caliper.
