On-Vehicle Inspection

  1. Check continuity between each terminals. See Fig 1 . If there is no continuity, replace radiator fan motor.
  2. Connect battery to radiator fan motor coupler. See Fig 2 . Check that the radiator fan motor operates smoothly and fan speed varies at specified current. If radiator fan motor does not operate smoothly, replace motor.
