Intermittent Wiper Relay Circuit: Notes
- Turn the windshield wiper switch to "INT" position.
- Connect battery positive (+) terminal to terminal "B3" and its negative (-) terminal to terminal "EW".
- Connect voltmeter positive lead to terminal "L" and its negative lead to terminal "EW".
- Check that the voltmeter indicates the battery voltage (10 - 14 V).
- Connect terminal "AS" and terminal "B3" for 5 sec. or more by a jumper wire.
- Disconnect end of the jumper wire from terminal "B3".
- Connect disconnected jumper wire end to terminal "EW", then check that voltage between terminal "L" and terminal "EW" changes as shown.
If check result is not satisfied, replace switch.
