Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor Removal & Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative cable from battery.
  2. Drain cooling system.
  3. Disconnect coupler from ECT sensor (1).
  4. Remove ECT sensor from water outlet cap (2).
