DTC P0445: EVAP System Purge Control Valve - Short Circuit: Condition

DTC sets when EVAP-Canister Purge Valve (EVAP-CPV) output voltage is high when Engine Control Module (ECM) commands EVAP purge valve open. MIL is illuminated when ECM detects malfunction during 2 consecutive drive cycles. Possible causes are:
- ECM malfunction.
- EVAP-CPV malfunction.
- EVAP-CPV circuit malfunction.
