DTC P0340: Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor Circuit Malfunction: Condition

DTC is set when ECM (PCM) detects no CMP sensor input voltage for 5 seconds with engine start signal being inputted. DTC is also set when ECM (PCM) detects less than 10 CMP sensor voltage pulses for every 2 Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor pulses. Possible causes are:
