A/C Controller Removal and Installation: Removal

- Disconnect negative (-) cable at battery.
- Disable air bag system, if equipped. Refer to DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
- Open glove box, then remove screw.
- Remove glove box.
- Disconnect A/C controller coupler (1), evaporator thermistor coupler (2).
- Remove A/C controller (4) from heater unit (3).
