Removal (Aerio)

  1. Disconnect negative cable at battery.
  2. Remove engine cover. See ENGINE COVER  .
  3. Disconnect EGR valve coupler. See Figure .
  4. Remove EGR valve (1) and gasket (2) from intake manifold (3).
