Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes Using AIR Bag Monitor Connector
Turn ignition switch to ON position. Wait at least 6 seconds. Using jumper wire, repeat shorting and opening between air bag monitor connector terminal No. 2 and ground 5 times at about one second intervals. See Fig 1. Retrieve codes again and ensure DTC 12 (normal DTC) is present.
