Fuel Pump: Service and Repair

Removal
1. Remove fuel tank. Refer to "Fuel Tank Removal and Installation".
2. Remove fuel pump assembly (1) from fuel tank.




Installation
Reverse removal procedure for installation noting the following.
- Use new gasket (2).
- Tighten fuel pump bolts to specified torque.

Tightening torque
Fuel pump bolt (a): 5 N.m (0.5 kg-m, 4.0 lb-ft)
