EGR Valve Assembly

EGR Valve Resistence:

Removal
1. Disconnect negative cable at battery.
2. Disconnect EGR valve coupler (2).
3. Remove EGR valve (1) and gasket from intake manifold (3).




Installation
Reverse removal procedure noting the following.
- Clean mating surface of EGR valve (1) and intake manifold (3).
- Use new gasket (2).
