DTC C1232/C1233/C1234/C1235: Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit Open Or Shorted: DTC Detecting Condition

DTC can be set anytime the key is "ON" and EBCM has detected an open, short to ground or a short to battery on applicable front wheel speed circuit.
