DTC C1214: Abs Relay Faulty: DTC Detecting Condition

DTC C1214 can be set after ignition switch is turned to ON, and EBCM commands ABS relay ON, if the ignition voltage is greater than 10.5 V and the switched ABS relay voltage drops less than 8.0 V for 1/4 of a second.
