Fuel Pressure Regulator Removal And Installation: Installation

For installation, reverse removal procedure and note the following precautions.

• Use new O-ring (1).
• Apply thin coat of gasoline to O-ring (1) to facilitate installation.
• Tighten fuel pressure regulator bolts to specified torque.

  Tightening torque 

  1. Fuel pressure regulator bolt (a) 10 N.m (1.0 kg-m, 7.5 lb-ft) 
• With engine "OFF" and ignition switch "ON", check for fuel leaks around fuel line connection.
