Circuit Description

ABS relay is internal part of EBCM.

Battery voltage is supplied from terminals "E136-1" and "E136-2" for ABS relay switch at all times. When ignition switch is turned ON, battery voltage from terminal "E136-15" is supplied to ABS relay coil. EBCM will then ground ABS relay coil circuit to switch ABS relay on, this supplies solenoids and pump motor with battery voltage. ABS relay will remain in the on position as long as ignition switch remains ON, or a DTC is set, which turns OFF relay.
