DTC P0134: Heated Oxygen Sensor No. 1 Circuit - No Activity Detected: Condition

DTC is set when Engine Control Module (ECM) detects Heated Oxygen Sensor No. 1 (HO2S-1) voltage input is less than 0.5 volts. MIL is illuminated when ECM detects malfunction during 2 consecutive drive cycles. Possible causes are:

• ECM malfunction.
• Exhaust system malfunction (leak).
• Fuel system malfunction (low fuel level).
• HO2S-1 malfunction.
• HO2S-1 circuit malfunction.
