DTC P0125: Insufficient Coolant Temperature For Closed Loop Operation: Condition

DTC is set when engine coolant temperature fails to reach predetermined level, allowing for closed loop operation, after vehicle has been driven for a specified time. MIL is illuminated when Engine Control Module (ECM) detects malfunction during 2 consecutive drive cycles. Possible causes are:

• ECM malfunction.
• Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor malfunction.
• ECT sensor circuit malfunction.
• Thermostat malfunction.
