Removal & Installation

Remove fuel tank. See appropriate procedure under FUEL TANK & FUEL PUMP  . Clean dirt and grime from fuel tank around Tank Pressure Control (TPC) valve. See Fig 1 . Remove fuel hose clamps and hoses from TPC valve, and remove TPC valve. Install TPC valve so that vapor flows from Orange or White nozzle side towards EVAP canister. To finish installation, reverse remaining removal procedure.
