DTC P2231: Heated Oxygen Sensor No. 1 - Signal Circuit Shorted To Heater Circuit: Condition

DTC is set when Engine Control Module (ECM) detects Heated Oxygen Sensor No. 1 (HO2S-1) output voltage is more than specified, and for more than specified time, even after starting engine. Possible causes are:
