Center Shaft: Reassembly

NOTE: Refer to the exploded view as needed during this procedure. See Figure .

Install center shaft by reversing removal procedure noting the following.

When installing circlips (1), make sure that they fit in circlip grooves in center shaft support bracket (2) securely. See Fig 1 .
When installing oil seals, use care so that they are in proper direction. See Fig 2 .
Fill the space between oil seals and center shaft support bearing (3) with grease.
Press-fit center shaft (1) from LH oil seal side. See Fig 3 .
