Removal & Installation

  1. Before proceeding, see AIR BAG SAFETY PRECAUTIONS . Disconnect negative battery cable. Disable air bag system. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
  2. Remove steering column hole cover. Remove 4 screws and instrument cluster panel. See Fig 1. Remove instrument cluster mounting screws, disconnect connectors and remove instrument cluster.
  3. To install, reverse removal procedure. Activate air bag system.
