Outside Air Temperature Sensor Inspection

  1. Remove front bumper .
  2. Disconnect outside air temperature sensor connector (1).
  3. Remove outside air temperature sensor from 4WD air pump assembly bracket (2) (H25 engine model) or front bumper member (3) (H27 engine model).

  4. Immerse temperature sensing part of outside air temperature sensor (1) in ice water and measure resistance between sensor terminals while heating water gradually.
