Dieseling (Run-On)

Perform On-Board Diagnostic II System Check.
Perform Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) System Check.
Check for leaking injectors.
Check for binding throttle linkage.
Check for vacuum leaks.
Check for carbon build-up in cylinders.
Check for poor fuel quality.
Check ignition timing.
Check engine RPM.
Check engine for overheating.
Check for excessive use of fuel additives.
Check for shorts between positive battery terminal and all ignition feed circuits.
