Back-Up Light Switch

Undo clamp and disconnect coupler of back-up light switch.
Function of back-up light switch can be checked with ohmmeter (1). See Fig 1 . There should be continuity at component terminals only when shift lever is shifted to reverse position.
Upon completion of check, connect coupler and clamp wiring harness as they were.
NOTE: When replacing switch, use care not ot let dust enter transmission through switch hole.
