Intermittent problem may be caused by poor connections, misrouted harness, rubbed through wire insulation, broken wire inside insulation. Check for faulty connection PCM. Inspect harness connectors for backed out terminals, improper mating, broken locks, improperly formed or damaged terminals, faulty terminal to wire connection. Check for wire harness damage. Using scan tool, observe display for TPS1 and TPS2 while moving wire harness connectors and wire harnesses related to TPS. A change in display will indicate location of fault.
