Typical Malfunction Thresholds

EGR System Monitor

  1. DTC P0401

    MAP difference between EGR on and off less than 2.2-5.3 kPa (according to engine speed).

  2. DTC P0402

    MAP difference between EGR on and off less than 11-25 kPa (according to engine speed).

EGR System Circuit Monitor

  1. Monitor signal is high.
