DTC P0480: Radiator Cooling Fan Control Circuit Malfunction: Condition

DTC is set when monitor signal of radiator cooling fan control relay is different than command signal. Possible causes are:

ECM malfunction.
Radiator cooling fan relays malfunction.
Radiator cooling fan relays circuit malfunction.
