Accelerator Cable Adjustment: Aerio

With accelerator pedal fully depressed, check the clearance between throttle lever (2) and throttle body lever stopper (1). See Fig 1 . The clearance "b", between the throttle lever and lever stopper, (with pedal depressed fully) is 0.02-0.07 inch (0.5-2.0 mm). If the measured value is out of specification, then adjust it to specification with the cable adjusting nut (4).
