Removal (Eclipse 2.4L)

- Release fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE . Remove throttle body. See THROTTLE BODY under AIR INDUCTION SYSTEMS. Disconnect PCV hose. Disconnect ignition coil connector and fuel injector connectors.
- Disconnect ignition failure sensor connector. See Fig 1. Disconnect manifold differential pressure sensor connector. Disconnect high-pressure fuel hose and fuel hose. Disconnect vacuum hose. Remove fuel pressure regulator, "O" ring and fuel rail. Remove insulators, injectors, "O" rings and grommets.
