Code Enable Criteria

Following conditions must be met for DTC diagnostic test to run:

No active ECT, IAT, MAP or TPS sensor DTCs are stored.
BARO reading is 85 kPa or more.
Engine Coolant Temperature is less than 158°F (70°C).
Start-up intake air temperature and start-up engine coolant temperature are both 41°F (5°C) or more.
Difference between start-up ECT and start-up IAT is less than 45°F (25°C).
TPS indicates a throttle position of 12 percent or more.
Battery voltage is between 11.5 and 16 volts.
Engine speed is between 800 and 6000 RPM.
Canister purge duty cycle is less than 3 percent.
Fuel level is between 15 and 85 percent.
All conditions are present for at least 3 seconds.
