Code Enable Criteria

Following conditions must be met for DTC diagnostic test to run:
- No TP sensor, VSS, ECT sensor, EGR, MAF sensor, MAP sensor, low system voltage, fuel system, EVAP canister purge, fuel injector control or ignition control DTC are stored.
- MAP sensor value is less than 60 kPa.
- EVAP canister purge duty cycle is 10 percent or more.
- Vehicle speed is less than 1 mph.
- Engine coolant temperature is 122°F (50°C) or more.
- Ignition voltage is 9.5-16.7 volts.
- Throttle is closed.
- Barometric pressure is 74.5 kPa or more.
- Engine speed is 100-200 RPM lower than specified, based on engine coolant temperature.
- All conditions are met for 10 seconds or more.
- Engine speed is 100-200 RPM lower than desired, based on engine coolant temperature.
