Perform DTC CONFIRMATION TEST . If DTC P0601 is set, substitute a known good ECM and repeat DTC CONFIRMATION TEST . If DTC P0601 does not reset, problem is probably intermittent. See INTERMITTENTS in TROUBLE SHOOTING - NO CODES article.
