DTC P0505: Idle Control System Malfunction: Condition

DTC is set when Idle Air Control (IAC) valve voltage is out of specification for 20 seconds or more. MIL is illuminated when Engine Control Module (ECM) detects malfunction during 2 consecutive drive cycles. Possible causes are:
- IAC valve malfunction.
- IAC valve circuit malfunction.
- ECM malfunction.
