DTC P0403: EGR Flow Malfunction: Condition

DTC is set when Power Control Module (PCM) detects low voltage at EGR stepper motor for a predetermined amount of time continuously. Possible causes are:
- EGR valve malfunction.
- EGR circuit malfunction.
- PCM malfunction.
