DTC P0125: Insufficient Coolant Temperature For Closed Loop Operation: Condition

DTC is set when engine coolant temperature fails to reach predetermined level after vehicle has been driven. MIL is illuminated when ECM (PCM) detects malfunction during 2 consecutive drive cycles. Possible causes are:
- ECT sensor malfunction.
- Engine cooling system malfunction.
- ECM (PCM) malfunction.
