DTC C1217/C1242: Pump Motor Circuit Shorted To Ground / Open: DTC Detecting Condition

- DTC C1217 can only be set with ignition key in the "ON" position, pump motor is off, and EBCM detected a short to ground on pump motor circuit.
- DTC C1242 can only be set with ignition key in the "ON" position, pump motor is off, and EBCM detected high resistance or an open circuit across motor.
