Removal & Installation

Loosen gas cap. Drain fuel tank by removing fuel tank drain plug. Replace drain plug and tightened to specification. ALWAYS replace fuel tank drain plug seal. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Disconnect fuel level sender harness connector. Remove retaining screws and remove sender from fuel tank. To install, reverse removal procedure.
