Removal & Installation

Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect VSS harness connector. VSS is located on transmission extension housing. Remove bolt and clamp securing VSS and remove VSS. Carefully check "O" ring seals and replace as necessary. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Check transmission oil level and add as necessary.
