Front Differential Mountings Removal & Installation: Installation

Position slit of each mounting bush (2) as shown when press-fitting it.
Special tool
1. (A): 09951-26020
2. (B): 09951-16080
Bush instillation position
1. Angle A: 45° (slit alignment)

Position each bush to bracket as shown in the figure.
Bush installation position
1. Length "a": 3.0 mm (0.12 in.)

Install front mounting bracket R (1) to differential housing (2).
Tightening torque
1. Front mounting bracket bolt (a): 50 N.m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 lb-ft)

Remount front differential referring to FRONT DIFFERENTIAL DISMOUNTING & REMOUNTING .
Install front mounting bracket L (1) to differential housing (2).
Tightening torque
1. Front mounting bolt (a): 85 N.m (8.5 kg-m, 61.5 lb-ft)
2. Front mounting bracket bolt (b): 50 N.m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 lb-ft)
