Water Pump Removal & Installation: Installation

- Install new O-rings (3) to water pump (1).
- Install water pump (1) to cylinder block.
Tightening torque Water pump bolt (a): 27 N.m (2.7 kg-m, 19.5 lb-ft)
- Install timing chain cover. Refer to TIMING CHAIN COVER & FRONT OIL SEAL .
- Refill coolant referring to COOLING SYSTEM FLUSH & REFILL .
- Refill engine oil.
- Verify that there is no water leakage and oil leakage at each connection.
- Connect negative cable at battery.
