Removal & Installation (Esteem 1.6L)

Disconnect Idle Air Control (IAC) valve and throttle body harness connectors. Remove throttle body from intake manifold. See appropriate procedure, under THROTTLE BODY & INTAKE COLLECTOR  . Remove IAC valve from throttle body. Install "O" ring seal to IAC valve. Always replace "O" ring seal with NEW part. Install IAC valve to throttle body. Tighten screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . To finish installation, reverse remaining removal procedure.
