Diagnose by symptoms present. Select the appropriate symptom or condition present. Check items specified, in order which they are listed, under each symptom. Ensure all component and harness connector terminals are making good terminal contact. Ensure all ground connections are clean and tight. Repair or replace any faulty components or failed circuits as necessary.
