Rear Window Defoggers: Description

The rear window defogger system has horizontal ceramic silver compound elements and 2 vertical bus bars. System is operated by an illuminating defogger switch located in instrument panel, and is powered through a DEFG (20-amp) fuse No. 15 on Aerio, DEF (15-amp) fuse No. 22 on Esteem, and REAR DEFG (25-amp) fuse No. 23 on Grand Vitara, Vitara and XL7. Fuse and rear defogger timer relay (if equipped) are located in instrument panel fuse block/junction block located behind driver-side kick panel.
