Aerio - Main Switch Circuit Check
- Disconnect connector from cruise control module with ignition switch off.
- Check for proper connection to cruise control module at terminal No. 8. See WIRING DIAGRAMS
.
- If ok, check resistance between terminals No. 8 and 5 under conditions listed in table. See MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH ASSEMBLY RESISTANCE
table.
- Turn ignition on and check voltage between terminal No. 8 and ground under each condition in the following
- Cruise main switch (1) released (off): 0 Volts
- Cruise main switch (1) pressed (on): 10-14 Volts.
