Control Cables

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Disable air bag system.
  2. Remove mode control switch. Remove glove box.
  3. Disconnect control cables from heater unit. See Fig 1.
  4. Move control lever to FRESH position. Push heater lever fully in arrow direction and fix cable with clamp in position as shown. See Fig 2.
  5. Push blower lever fully in arrow direction and fix cable with clamp in position as shown. See Fig 3.
    6. NOTE: After installing control cables, be sure that control levers move smoothly and stop at proper position.
  6. Enable air bag system. Install negative battery cable.
